George Bush truthed(see 'lied' so 'truthed') for the first time in his life. He said a democratic system is finally coming into being in Iraq. Because a journalist threw his shoes at him. The first he threw 'for all the dead men of Iraq', the second 'from the widows and orphans of Iraq'. Yoohoo for the braveheart .. And boo for George Bush.
Makes me think some of our own men need some shoes. Only problem: half our people don't have shoes, leave alone to spare some on a possible miss at some dunghead. So today's post invites idea from everybody at what can be thrown at some people too big for their shoes (or perhaps too small to fit into the bigness of the shoe, whatever) without incurring any loss either of money or personal hygiene (i was thinking of dung).
Just an interesting fact: The Iraqi journo's shoes were bid for 50 crores. He's in jail of course in his democratic system, though hundreds of lawyers from all over the world have volunteered to defend him
PS: George Bush fans need not comment.

Gal..... nice post.... written with lots of passion....:) and as far as decision on throwing things is concerned..... Don't worry ... for the time being our cities are littered with enough stuffs to pick anything and aim at those...... as far as rural areas are concerned.... they would visit these areas only when they need a mandate....... :)

Here is another trivia factoid: Before that evening was over, that journo had multiple fractures, incl. broken ribs. No one went to the sarkar to speak for him. Later, he had to write a letter of APOLOGY to the Iraq PM. Asking for mercy.
You know what we all are? we are all monkeys standing around a "well of death" stunt. Applauding, and running away the minute things start to get bad.
